IS-F with TE37 and Tein H-tech

The wheel size, offsets, and tire sizes are:
Front: 19x8.5, +29mm, 235/35/19
Rear: 19x10.5, +42mm, 265/30/19
The rear offset is not a standard TE37 offset - they need to be special ordered. This is actually my second set of rear wheels - the first was the highest standard offset that they offer in the 19x10.5: +22mm - I thought they would work because the ISx50 folks were running +22mm offset wheels but they stuck out from the fender a lot and rubbed ALOT even at the stock ride height, rolled rear fenders, and stretched tires. I guess the IS-F has longer / different upper control arms than the ISx50. I really liked the TE37 so I ended up getting a custom +42mm offset for the rear - the +22mm offset wheels are retired to be eye candy in my basement, haha. The +42mm wheels didn't rub at the stock ride height but I do occasionally rub when turning into a steep incline (like my driveway) as the entire sidewall tucks into the rear quarter panel. With that being said, I might still go with a 275/35/19 tire next.
I probably could go +22mm offset in the front without rubbing or even a 19x9.5" wheel (I'm seriously considering it) but it is kinda nice to not have to worry about rubbing or stretching a tire over the wheels that steer. Thanks! The drop is: 1" in the front, 0.6" in the rear. It measured exactly that immediately after I installed the springs (before taking it out on the road) - I think it has lowered a tad more since I've driven on them but I haven't taken new measurements.
The springs are progressive so the ride is less harsh but a bit bouncier than with the stock springs - personally, I think it is an improvement over the ride with the stock springs - I wish I did this mod much earlier.

how do you like the JoeZ exhaust? An aftermarket exhaust is my next mod...leaning towards the ISS chrome because of the looks but I've heard good things about the JoeZ exhaust.

Did you lower ur car your self? And if you did, did you cut the bump rubber and remove the ring as the instruction stated. The reason why im asking is cause i need help knowing exactly what to cut and remove before i start taking my vehicle apart.

The install wasn't difficult but took a while - especially since I had to use the spring compressors on both the stock springs to get them off and on the Tein springs when installing them.

I think the place that I had the tire mounted did a bad job on balancing the front wheels. I had the second set of rear wheels mounted at a different shop - the rear wheels only required a single weight each - just to oppose the TPMS sensor.
