I think ultrasonic blue looks the best on the ISF , cant seem to muster up much interest in the other colors. Wife does NOT like UB however...thinks it looks too flashy and says its childish like a suby or such.
But she's not buying it, so that's not final.

any input appreciated. Mainly concerned w/ police being attracted to it.

Have NO problems with the popo other than "hey nice car!" The public seems to like the car (more than I do, unfortunately I have become increasingly board and tired of this vehicle.).

My wife wasn't a fan of the USB at first...heck, niether was I. I have grown to love it and am happy with the color. My wife doesn't mine it anymore either.

As far as attention goes...a little more than my silver IS300 w/ 18in X-package wheels, but not so much that is uncomfortable.

No attention from the popo yet and I live in so cal. The IS-F is not a high profile car like my evo was. The loud exhaust and big wing really made my evo ix get attention from the cops.

the color is flashy. i love it, it has grown on me. i wanted white at first but after looking at it in person i made the jump. sure it will attract some attention but not a whole lot. as far as popo, it depends on ur location. for me where i live the cops leave u alone, its only when i cross this specific town that i get pulled over but the cop lets me go cuz he just wanted to look at the car. lol

All of the attention I've received so far has been positive. I'm sure cops give the car a glance, but I've never been tailed or harassed. I think it helps that it isn't very noisy at idle or puttering around town.

no, more attention from 18-20somethings trying to race and/or take pictures while i'm driving down the freeway.

AFAIK, there are not very many USBs...and i very much like that.

I personally think USB is one of the best blue colors on the road period.

It was just a little to flashy for our tastes however.

The Interlagos is nice (my business partner had an E60 M5 that looked great), but I don't find that it pops quite like the USB. Maybe it's that USB seems more metallic than Interlagos....just my opinion of course.

yeah, no that's exactly right. That's also what I like about interlagos, if its dark out, it looks almost purple dark blue, but get it in the direct sun, or under flourescent lighting, and you see this beautiful lighter blue emerge.

The main reason I went with an IS-C is because it came in USB. Otherwise i'd be rolling in a Montego Blue 335i vert. I get lots of compliments on the color. Most of the negative attention is because it's a Lexus and it's from co-workers that can't afford one.

I don't drive like a butt head so I don't get stopped by the cops regardless of which car I drive. I don't buy the 'cops stop xxx color cars more offten'.

It's only an attention grabber b/c it's a sick color.
if i ever repaint my 2IS, USB is definitely one of my first choices even though its just another OEM color.
one of the best colors out there IMO.
