Warning for eBay front splitter owners
One of my splitter flew off on my way to socal

HAHA and I have a damage splitter on sale in the classifieds that I pickup up on the road today. Aprox. 8-10 holes drilled in it.

It cracked in two pcs!!! I don't think nut n bolting it would help

i was testing out how these splitters worked at high speed...
they apparently can't handle over 150+mph
here's what was left of it after:

naw... it's still intact...no matter cause it's going to be my spare bumper soon
already got a brand new one which will be painted soon. along with the AC front lip and another grill surround...

What material was it? By the picture it doesn't look like carbon fiber, maybe it was cracked already from the drilling/installation.

it's ABS plastic...pretty cheap stuff...
and it wasn't cracked. it's just the way it mounts...at higher speeds, the front of it will start flexing and sooner or later it'll start flapping...depends on how you mount it i guess...

CF versions seems to be more thicker than what your picture shows..
but it shouldnt snap like that...
