Default Anybody done this?

Anyone know if the rear wheels from our cars will fit on the front of the car without rubbing? I am looking to do a track setup and can get another set of factory rear wheels without any issue, this will allow me to run same size tire front and rear.

I don't think that it would fit. The following wheel fitment specs were posted previously by Discount Tire Direct on LexusF.com:

FRONT
WHEEL WIDTH OFFSETS WIDTH OF TIRE
7.0 +16/+65 225
7.5 +22/+65 225/235
8.0 +29/+59 225/235/245
8.5 +35/+52 235/245/255
9.0 +41/+46 245/255/265

REAR
WHEEL WIDTH OFFSETS WIDTH OF TIRE
8.0 +26/+65 225/235/245
8.5 +33/+65 235/245/255
9.0 +39/+65 245/255/265
9.5 +45/+65 255/265/275
10.0 +52/+65 265/275/285
10.5 +58/+60 275/285/295

As you can see, the offsets that are supposed to fit for a front 9.0 inch wheel are +41 to +46. I believe that the offset on the stock ISF rear 9.0 inch wheel are +55. I'm not the greatest when it comes to wheel offsets, but I believe this means the wheel would be tucked into the fender almost a centimeter more than is recommended, and therefore would likely rub on suspension components during turning.

I'd try it with a 10mm spacer. It will take you to the stock front offset so scrub radius and wheel bearing loading won't change. I've actually thought about exactly this to get more rubber under the front and bring better balance to the car. It pushes very easily in stock form.

Exactly! This thing pushes like a pig with these tiny front tires!, When auto crossing you have to steer the car with the throttle, it's fun, but not fast!
