Dilemma: White or USB IS-F...Need Opinions
Hey guys, a few months back I put a deposit on a USB IS-F and ended up backing out of the deal.
Now I know for sure I want an IS-F and have the following two options:

2008 Starfire Pearl
9,xxx miles
Nav & ML
no other options
$44,500 OTD (11% total fees to the DMV)

2008 Ultrasonic Blue
12,xxx miles
Nav & ML
Front and Rear Sensors
Headlamp washers
$46,700 OTD (includes $1000 for shipping and 11% total fees to DMV)
I do prefer the blue ISF but not 100% sure it's worth the $2000 price difference. The white does look very very nice as well.
What do you think??

In my opinion, owning an ISF or other similar type of rare/premium car is all about succumbing to your deep desire. No doubt, it has been a long quest in evaluating and now you are as close as ever. If that is the case, then you need to make a decision that is most satisfying, without worrying about the money. I would easily pay the $2K just for the color of my choice.
For me, its the USB with alpine leather or none at all, even at a ridiculously discounted price.
I love blue because of how fantastic it looks at night. Yes, at night. No, not completely dark, but with some indirect lighting, for example street lights, signs, or even another car’s headlight bouncing off your USB F. You will just have to see it for yourself to really appreciate that shine emitting from it from indirect lighting at night. Oh, it gives me goose-bumps thinking at the possibility of cruising lake shore drive against the skylight of downtown Chicago. WOW!
Go for the USB buddy. My $0.02.

Good point.
It really boils down to how much you prefer the USB over white plus each one of us is different.
I love my cars but at the end of the day they are still both F's and for $2K difference I will take the white over the USB as color to me between those two is not THAT important.
I no doubt will enjoy a USB F as much as what I have right now which is NOT white.

If you prefer USB then get the USB. Otherwise you'll always have a bit of a regret. I don't buy the resale value thing, because USB was actually more in demand then Starfire Pearl. I was able to easily get a discount on the Starfire but not the USB. I could have gotten the Starfire but decided to wait until I got the same deal on the USB. I waited a couple of months.

wow, both 08 MY with low mileage. cant go wrong either way. i personally would take the starfire pearl simply because of the extremely low mileage and the pearl really shines nicely in the sun. USB is also a great color, and has more features, and it definitely will turn heads because of its distinct color. in the end, go with the color you like. the F is a great ride to have, so you cant go wrong either way. the prices seem reasonable for the 08 MY. best of luck my friend!

thanks again guys...im still torn haha. I'm going to need to make a decision by this week. Blue is obviously more flashy and I really like it. White is "safer" and also looks really nice...decisions decisions....
