The Lexus NAV is one of the best systems (if not the best) out there, so I wouldn't skip it.

I would not buy a car of this category without sat nav, the only option I would not mind not having is the ACC/PCS

Yea, I actually wanted the F without nav, but now that I have it, it's hard to imagine driving without it, since so many system functions are tied to it.

As others mentioned, if the price is a steal, then maybe you should just jump on it, but it's definitely a really nice-to-have sort of thing. Also, resale might be a difference maker.
