As some people have already said, it reminds me of an STi. What matters is your opinion, so congrats.

i respect that as well...as you have implied...whats matters the most if the driver of the car is happy and i am very happy with the setup...again my main concern when deciding on the wheel change was WEIGHT...and with the new SSR wheels and the titanium lugs...I have lost quite of few lbs of rotational mass...

trust me...its okay...you folks can be blunt about it...I appreciate honesty...i dont mind people calling my car a STi at all...again I do every mod to my own personal taste...some people like it...some people dont...its all good with me...i know some feel hurt when others post comments like such but IMO that is kina too sensitive...that is the whole point of posting on a forum IMO...if i never wanted opinions lol i wouldnt post haha. again i know USB/gold wheels is a uncommon setup so i wanted to do something different...as i have said before...its a love it or hate it

some main factors i am concerned (again this is just me personally)
1. quality of the product? must be comparable or better than OEM imo. honestly it is very hard to find a wheel that is comparable in looks, quality, weight, and strength to the OEM ISF wheels (19" forged 1 piece, 23/26 lbs respectively, made by BBS)

2. performance: again some add wheels mainly for looks...I changed wheels solely on WEIGHT...the only other wheels that came up on my radar screen was volks and advans...HRE carbon would be the ideal option but i am not willing to shell out 10k for a set of wheels...i will admit that HRE is still my favorite wheel...

3. is it tasteful? I tried to do everything i could to pull it off...added lightweight titanium lugs and carbon SSR center caps...i know it is very small mods but I believe attention to details is what separate nice from impressive...

I like it but I'm biased towards SSRs. he he. The lugs are a nice touch!

The Blue/gold combo is hard to pull off on the USB because it has a slight purple hew to it, which may cause it to look Laker sheme-ish at certain angles.

Very well said and kudos to you for trying something different and doing it the way you wanted. The car looks good and the SSR's are a quality wheel at that .
