Has anyone decided to do this on there car yet? I'm actually planning on doing this at the same time as my headers. Any feedback on this?

I would love this! was thinking about a pneumatic cutout (like the intake flap) which would be AWESOME because I'm planning on going w/ headers & stock exhaust ![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
edit:
forgot to mention that my only concern is venting the hot exhaust gas under the car at speed. . .

That shouldn't be an issue...there's a company called "DMH" that sells them...but i'm contemplating as to where to cut it.

I don't know how it is with this car...but what happens is it basically bypasses the muffler (hence why it's so loud)...I'm gonna take Joe-z's advice and do it after the o2 sensor...should be no problems that way.

Well I'm gonna have a buddy of mine...(pm me for information on him) do the cutting and welding. As far as the wiring goes...I'm going to wire it myself. I'm gonna run the wiring by the change holder and put the switch in there.

^^ Is this more for power gains or sound gains ??
Because honestly with headers, the exhaust & intake.. you will be putting doing approx 400 Rwhp already.. And its going to sound sick with the headers!!
