New LFA-style gauges sound great, I hope they come here to the US too. The LS refresh got a digital gauge, but it was applied only to the LSh outside Japan, and not even on the LSh in some markets.

Looking over the spec sheet (again) I realized I really should have ordered the sunroof delete model. Almost 2" more head room without the sunroof.
The gauges are shown in TIS. TIS is the official US Lexus/Toyota/Scion technical information website. If it weren't coming to the US and Canada, it wouldn't be on TIS.

Another thing for the aftermarket...
The TPMS warning indication no longer disables the multi-function display. A warning light illuminates, but you don't lose the whole display to a constant reminder you're not running TPMS compatible wheels.
Also, since AFS is gone, so are the displays related to it. The lights only auto-level now, no more looking around the corner since they redesigned the headlights to use LED parking/DRLs instead of standard bulbs.

Does digital speedo means a digital version of the needle or is the speed shown as just digits? I used to drive an S2K and I didn't like the digital readout. You can't guess the speed from your peripheral vision. It requires you to look down and read the number.

On the LFA, LSh it's a digital version of the needle; with the LFA it has the numbers also in large font. Looking at the Oman pics, it's got a metal ring, similar to the housing used on the LSh and somewhat akin to the metal ring on the LFA. The digital needle goes in there.

It's not the LFA, nor is it like the LFA.
