IS-F Humans,
I've been told by Carson Lexus that the AWD rear sway bar won't fit the F, and that its not available by itself.
Can you guys verify it fits and do you all know of anyone that has one and will ship it to me in Oz?
Many Thanks,
Jeff

The PN you want is #PTR02-53080. However, it may be hard to find because it has been discontinued.

These are being discontinued and will only be sold as a front rear set so Carson is right about one thing. Hopefully Sewell can ship to Australia for you. Good luck.

Taken from Hotchkis. "The sway bar is attached to the left and right suspension and chassis. It controls body roll by twisting in torsion. The more the body wants to roll in heavy cornering, the more resistance, twist, the sway bar provides."
By changing to a bigger diameter sway bar you are increasing the cars resistance to body roll. This in turn helps the car to remain stable in corners and allow the car to go through corners faster. There's more to it than just putting the biggest sway bar on the car but this is a basic explanation.

I just put on the F Sport rear bar for the AWD on Sunday on my car and it fits. I bought mine from Sewell Lexus for $152.60 PN PTR0253080 and according to their site they still have them in stock.
These are being discontinued and will only be sold as a front rear set so Carson is right about one thing. Hopefully Sewell can ship to Australia for you. Good luck.

My rationale for the bigger rear bar is the initial understeer on turn in. I like to drive a car with my right foot and I'm having to overcome that initial push to get the rear end out. That and I think it needs another 50 or so horse to really blaze.
