Without a tune or a reflash its a waste .

How will our stock edu benefit from 100 oct while its intended for 93. How would it know what to do

The thought behind is that I came from California 91 octane, now I'm running 93 octane and the car runs better.

Higher compression engines can benefits from higher octane, especially if you're running N20 (which I am not)

I guess I will see.

Theoretically, you would assume that the stock tune is designed to max out timing advance on 91 octane. However, even though the ECU has compensations for heat, humidity and other environmental factors, you can still end up getting some engine knock/detonation. The ECU will respond by pulling timing advance (which lowers HP) in the range the ECU heard the knock.. Higher octane will help fight knock, which can lead to the ECU adding more timing back, which leads to (a litttle bit) more power. This all assumes that you are not getting the full timing advance in the first place.
