It is information of the Dutch importer Louwman & Parqui, they don't come up with this instruction on their own.
But what is your point? The information i provide does not fit your infinite wisdom? No it is not a EU list, it was to point out the Netherlands is in the EU, so in fact that makes it a EU list, doesn't it?
For anyone who does appreciate this information, your welcome!

5w-50 oil is too heavy for an engine with bearing clearances designed for 5w-30. It robs power by increasing fluid drag, and makes the engine run hotter. There's lots of data from lots of engine builders supporting this. Not sure why you guys in Europe are so stuck on this, but thick oil does not do anything positive for an engine not designed to run thick oil.
Snarky remarks can be interpreted as personal attacks. Please stick to the subject, support your argument with data, and/or reliable sources.
The Dutch importer is not a reliable source. They have not done the work Yamaha and Lexus did when they designed this engine. The Dutch importer hasn't put in thousands of laps a Fuji as Yamaha and Lexus have, nor have they competed at Pikes Peak or the 24 hour at Thunderhill. So, I'll be happy to stick with 5w-30 as the fill cap indicates which is also contrary to everything else Lexus is running these days - every other Lexus in North America is running 5w-20 or 0w-20.
