Default Condensation in Headlight Assembly?

Has anyone else has this happen? The right headlight on my 09 has a lot of condensation in it. It will go away but always comes back. I dropped by the dealer today...they are ordering me a new on and will call me when it gets in. Just curious about any others.

It just started with my drivers side headlight in my 08... Gotta take it to lex for a new one... I never had a problem with it during car washes, but socal has had some pretty good rain/hot/humidity in the last week, so it just started showing up.

They replaced it last Thursday under warranty. They said they hadn't heard of it happening on any F's, just RX350s. Good luck.

That isnt a leak issue, its just the humidity within the air inside the headlight hazing up against the inside of the lens. This happens when there is sharp change in temperature and/or humidity. I wouldnt worry too much about it. If you see water droplets forming inside the headlight then you have leak issue, if its just fog/haze and it comes and goes then its not an issue.

Bought my 08 a few months ago and it had that problem when it was still in the showroom... looked like the water had been sitting in there a while too, dealer put a brand new headlight in but a few weeks later after a night of heavy rain and a hot day following... there was condensation again and the headlight wouldnt turn on, never got to bring it back to the dealer but it hasnt happened since... Also the stupid dealer forgot to put the lil door cover for the low beam bulb access back on... didnt notice until I changed bulbs to a 6500k
