very nice pick up, the amg wagons are very sophisticated looking. question though, why didnt you sell the LS instead? isnt the LS considered a family car, the backseats are pretty big in there.

Wow! That is indeed rare. I have barely seen ANY E wagons on the road, let alone the AMG variant. Congrats! That's pretty awesome. Any plan for modding? That'd be the sickest wagon.. ha ha

I've had the bug, been looking for everything, 911 turbo, R8, ZR1, GTR, Panamera Turbo, I either can't find it, or don't like what I find. Couple things I've learned, my IS-F stands tall with anything at any price, and they are actually about as hard to find as the German luxury Turbos. ZR1's are plentiful, but disappointing for some the cheap materials used in excess, the GTR is rare and technologically one of the best, but have a disappointingly cheap interior as well. IS-F holds it's own on balance.

I can't imagine AMG "breathing" on a wagon. A non-starter for me but "to each his own" I always say. Good luck with the new addition (human) to your family!

You know that the wagon is faster than the sedan: less aero drag thanks to the hatchback shape, it is quicker to 60 and on the 1/4 miles, also because of the better weight distribution it handle better !

Congrats Timetoy....on both the AMG and the baby.

Very cool pick up. I've been trying to suggest to the wife that the RS6 Avant might be a good option for our next "sedan". I think it would be tons of fun leaving 95% of the cars at the light wondering wtf just happened as the wagons tailights get further and further away.
