also, any new updates? shouldnt be that hard to find out who was driving the truck.
That scum should def go to jail. hit and run, DUI, and possession of a controlled substance. That should put him behind bars. Oh and running away from the police.

A dodge ram thinking it can outrun an IS-F. Now I've seen everything.
A Dodge Ram SRT-10 could not outrun an IS350. A regular dodge ram would get demolished by an IS350.
All would get massacred by an ISF.
I have to say I enjoyed your story, though. I felt like I was "in the chase" reading it. Even though you must be pissed, I'm sure some part of must be thinking "damn that was such an adrenaline rush" and probably enjoyed it.
I'm sure the driver of the truck will be caught. It's a company truck; companies almost certainly keep records of this sort of thing.

gosh some of you have ignorant comments! On the street it's not about who's faster but who's more stupid to take the risk. I could be driving a Minivan and decide to ram you ~ are you going to play hero and go at me head on? 
OP: Sorry to hear about your bad luck and the damage but you're super lucky the cops didn't charge you as well. My friend read your story and is amazed you didn't get in trouble. No one is above the law and in his jurisdiction you would be cited too for reckless driving.
Hopefully you get your car fixed and this is all over

Anywho I've met the OP and to me he doesn't come across as a bragging guy or some adrenaline junkie. He was really modest and laid back. Surely that can all change when your car is hit with you in it and someone tries to run away.
