Urgent; size and offset of IS F wheel
So i know the ISf wheels dont fit the 350 cause of the brake calipers

Sorry no offset specs in O/M but it does say that the:
Fronts are 19x8
(Rears are 19x9)

* Bolt Pattern: 5-114.3
* Offset: 45mm Fronts / 55mm Rears

Based on the websites above, 18x7.5 BBS +42 with 225/40/18 snow tires should fit just fine, correct? Should be no clearance issues with calipers?

12 plus wheels are 8.5 et45 front and 9.5 et 51 rear. They easily fit 350... I had mine on my 350 for a few months.
