meh. Anyone who believes the GT3 wouldn't knock the IS F down and steal it's lunch money is kidding himself. Both are great cars, but the F is no match for the GT3.
I grew up with dirt short track racing. Drift doesn't do much for me. I've seen some incredibly skilled drivers actually racing while driving sideways, not just putting on a show for style points.

perhaps the 2010 model, but the previous models are almost identical output to the F (415 for Porsche and 416 for ISF).
And they can KMA if they think I'm going to pay an ADDITIONAL $50K for 20 more bhp and .25 0-60mph. I'll take my used one at $41k, finish mod'ing it for $4k, end up at ~505bhp, and then smack the Porsche guy in the face for paying an additional $50k for the name "Porsche".
However, I am impressed that they are putting that out in a 3.8L, 6-cylinder. I'm assuming it gets better MPGs than the ISF b/c of that.

^^^ Lobuxracer is right. GT3 will hand the ISF his *** on a track. Having owned an 996 and the ISF I can tell you the size and weight of the ISF can never be compensated for in a lap time against a 911 GT3.
Still a great video. I am also happy to see my other favorite forum (L4P) represented in the video too! (sticker on the GT3)

The GT3 did outperform the IS-F on the track with the same driver. On the IS-F, the traction control kept turning on AFTER it was turned off, which didn't help with the drifting scenes. Both are fun cars to have.

Strange. I've not had that problem with mine at the track ever.
