Hey guys, a few days ago I came back to my car and found a door ding on the drivers side passenger door.![Mad](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/mad.gif)
A little paint scraped off as well. I was wondering if this is fixable and if so, how much did it cost you?

A couple of days ago, a beer can falling from an arpartment landed on my hood and rendered a series of dents. The misdemeanant was never caught...
Anyhow, I paid $175 for paintless dent removal. A very close inspection reveals inevitable imperfections over the surface, but for less than $200, I am fairly happy with it.
Oh, BTW, I went to a local bodyshop I found from this forum.

It was not. The liquid splashed big time on impact.
Hmm.. I am not sure how big the paint chip on your car, but any touch up would do a fine job 6 feet away. I did touch up a couple of places on my hood and bumper because of stone chips. It's OK as long as you don't look too close

Anything is fixable. If there is a break in the paint surface, you have to repaint the whole door. If you're looking to fix that at a body shop, expect to pay around $300+. PDR can fix your dent depending on where the ding is. PDR guys can't access certain parts of the door panel, so if it's in a spot where it's not reachable, you have no choice but to go to a body shop or just deal with the ding. You can use touch up, but it will never match right.

I had a GIANT door ding on my rear passenger door with a major paint chip (it looked like a kid kicked open their SUV car door). When my car was in the shop for the 15K checkup, Lexus of Wesminster offered to fix it for $175. To my surprise, after repairing, there was absolutely NO sign of the old dent. I never did have the paint fixed because having the dent repaired far exceeded my expectations. A close inspection of the area shows no signs of anything but a scratch. I hope you are as lucky!
