This car doesn't work the way you might expect. Those switches communicate with the Body Electrical Area Network (BEAN) and they send a multiplexed signal over the BEAN. They do not directly control the seat motors. If the seats will adjust there is power, but if the presets don't work, I'd be looking behind the door panel to see if the switches are plugged in.
There's a lot of electronic control in this car enabled by a network and not by direct (simple) wiring. I looked at the schematic, and if you were missing power to make the switches work, there would be a LOT of things not working.

Everything works right now including the power seats, however theres no audible or physical reaction when pressing the memory buttons, in park on/off or otherwise. Looking behind the door panel is something i might do on the weekend, but since the car is still under warranty I might go that route first. Curious why the cig lighter fuse popped. its been working since I replaced the mini atm fuse so theres no short.
Thanks.

So its almost been two months of ownership, and ive done a few asthetic mods like a grill and personalized front plate. I also put some bigger meats on the wheels. Been searching for a used Joe Z exhaust or was planning on buying some sikky or PPE headers, which ever came up first.
Well thanks to some luck and my persistancy, M3twof(Charlie)sold me his practically flawless JoeZ exhaust. I picked it up on Saturday and we hung out for a while. Hes got a lot of great parts for sale and is a great guy too.
Im going to hit up the track as soon as it opens to get a 1/4 mile stock baseline, then do some before and after exhaust dynos on the local Mustang dyno.
