Default wheel fitment question

The mod bug has officially hit me. I'm shopping for some wheels and these caught my attention:

http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Brand

The fronts are 19 x 8.5 et 38mm, and the rears are 19 x 9.5 et 45mm. Would these fit without rubbing since I'm lowered on Eibach? I'm planning on running 245/35 and 275/30 Dunlop DZ101 tires on them.

I was looking at the wheel gap in the rear and it doesn't look like I cannot get a more aggressive offset without rolling the fenders. The inner lip on the rear fender is quite thick at about 3/4". The new rear wheels would be pushed out by another 16.4mm....The fronts I'm not concerned about rubbing.

Thanks for the input guys.

Yes they'll fit all day long with no rubbing.

The fronts are not an issue and neither are the rears.

You would need to go to a 10.5" rear wheel and a lower offset to put the wheel closer to the fender where clearance without shaving the fenders would be required.

That's odd, the specs say that the 19x8.5 is heavier than the 19x9.5.

Yeah, I caught that too. Sometimes I wonder about tire rack's specs...
