Please be mindful in all this, for our measurements from the OEM to the Sport wheel, we only measured the top half of the wheel. From the 9/3 position the wheel is completely different thus our reasoning for not measuring it.
Are you planning on converting your silver interior to black interior. I really want to pick up one of these steering wheels but can't decide if I want to get a silver one or do black and switch the entire interior. I keep looking at a C63 AMG Black Edition Carbon interior and it makes me want to switch to a carbon interior.
I am not too keen on switching to a full black carbon set up but I imagine it to be awesome. I decided against the white CF even though it matches the interior, because I find it too bright and distracting as it will be located just below your eyesight when driving. But that is just me.
The black carbon CF is low key, very elegant and yet sporty.

Reason: spelling
You should get the F-Sport black carbon fiber shift ****. That will coordinate well with the wheel.
Is this wheel thicker/beefier than the stock wheel? Is it thicker just in the 10/2 position, or all around?
F-sport black carbon shift ****? I have never seen this!! I will order this asap!!!
Its thicker in the 9/3 position. The 10/2 is where the black carbon CF starts which is the same size as stock as mentioned by Darrel.
Thanks for the info on the black carbon shift ****, Batman!
I like the wheel, but the silver carbon is too much (for me) and the black doesn't match anything inside my car. If there was an all leather version or alcantara in place of the carbon/wood and was thicker thicker than OEM I'd be all in.

Agreed, that is why I just ordered an F-sport black carbon fiber shift **** just to match the wheel:-)
