Not sure what everyone's experience is with headers, but I had the PPE headers and JoeZ exhaust installed on mine last week with RT 100 cell cats and it's much louder than a car with only a JoeZ exhaust. The sound is a nice deep growl, but my ears were ringing after a 30-minute drive. Just something to consider...
It would be nice to have some kind of a silencer than could be easily put on / taken off depending on your mood that day, if that is even possible.

1. Let the new JoeZ exhaust "break-in". It will tone down. You already have the high flow cats so that right there reduces the volume/drone significantly.
2. Get some stock IS-F mufflers and have them fabricated to your JoeZ exhaust. If you want the extra sound once in a while you could also incorporate some e-cut outs.
