Default New 2009 ISF Left Over?

This morning I found myself browsing through craigslist L.A and bumped into the ad below. I couldn't believe that brand new 09 models are still out there especially with only 50 miles on the odometer. Just thought I'd pass along the info to any prospect buyers. For the record, I am not affiliated in any way with the selling dealer. I'd just thought I'd share, what I think, is an awesome deal with fellow lexus enthusiasts.

Dang!
Keep an eye on that for me! If they drop that down into the 40s, I might drive all the way out there just to swap out my '08!

Damn I really want to install a 2009 Nav in my 2008. I love the black look and it would go good with the planned black carbon interior I am thinking about.

I'm talking mid-low 40s. That car is two years old, so they might. Hmm....awfully tempting.

Ad doesn't make sense, It says the warranty started 1-31-2010, makes me think it was titled and returned. For that price I would expect a Full warranty. Actually for that price I would probably pick up a 2010 with the limited slip diff and only a few K on the clock. That color combo does leave a bit to be desired, Red exterior and Blue suede interior?

^^ After a certain time period the dealership is forced to "BUY the Car" offically from Lexus...

So thats why its considered for date of sale or warranty start on 1/31/2010..

Someone should pull a free Carfax to confirm what happened on 1/31/10

The leather is the basic OEM Lexus leather
What you seeing is the flash reflecting through the tiny holes which make it look "blue suede" ..

This is why I have a hard time understanding why private individuals think they can sell there 08's for mid - high 40's.

the piano black trim around the navi and along the center is a nice touch, especially with the silver contrast. did anyone notice the backwards "F" emblem on the fender of the first pic and the backwards "L" emblem on the front?

Actually all ISF's have that same effect when you take a photo of the interior and the flash on. Other than those interiors with Orange, Alpine or Terra Cotta, the black leather in the F is really a full dyed blue leather with a black dyed surface. If you happen to scratch the leather in an F, the blue will appear through.
