Default Dealer/Warranty Repairs

Hello all, I do not have very many post but i do alot of reading and enjoy well i love this damn car and couldnt think of a better place to ask this question. I need to have the front end aligned and maybe the rear brakes worked on (they sqeaul)and was wondering if anyone has had a negative or positve experience with the lexus dealer in Sacremento on fulton ave.I just had the 30k service done, its an 08 and of coarse its in stellar condition but they want to do the front brakes which I know need done and will do them myself, but I want to get the TSIB done and the front end so its not eating the inner edge so fast (should get 10-15k I hope). So any help as to dealer work would be great. Thanks.

I don't think they will do the TSIB/LSB for the rear brake squeak with that many miles on your car because they are just going to say you used up all the pad already anyway. Maybe if you complained to management and/or headquarters, they might say different. I believe some members did that and finally got their rear brakes replaced under warranty.

Thanks for the heads on on the tsib. I am ok if they dont I will only ask once and if they say no , its no biggie. I just thought that the bulletin stated something like 36 months or 50k I cant remember but oh well im more concerned with the alignment. I will post up the pics of the front tires, i dont think i have seen a street tire wear like this.

For factory alignment, you might want to look at this:

Ask for Mitch Dean. Tell him you're a Club Lexus member. He and I go way back.
