Default To all you wheel masters

I dont know crap about wheel fitment and was wondering if I ran Advan RS-D in a 19x8.5 38mm and 19x9.5 45mm offset what are the largest tires I could run without trimming/rolling my fenders and such? Would this have a flush fit? These would be going on my F..

I am not sure about the front but I think you could manage a 275/35/19 for the rear. If you do a slight roll I think you could get a a 285 on the rear.

The factory wheels are

Front: 19x8 +45
Rear: 19x9 +55

Fronts will be pushed out 13mm so I would say maybe do a 235/40/19 then.

Your rear wheel will be pushed out 16mm further than stock. So actually I say you probably can't go more than 275 without at least doing a light fender roll.

I have 20" wheels with a 285 in the rear with a decent size lip. Worst case scenario, you roll the fenders. Figs is working on something right now that will fit a 305. Check out that thread.

You have plenty of power Darbs... go up a size to the 20s. Looks way more sharp.

Advan RS-Ds are nice! I want those but can't afford them.

I know you can run a 245 Front and 275 Rear with absolutely no rubbing.

with a 245 / 275 your overall diameter will be a little shy of the factory 26" you will need a 255 /285 combo to get to 26" but you will have to go with a 9" up front and at least a 10" in the rear..

Fronts are 225/40YR19, 26.08" diameter.

Rears are 255/35YR19, 26.02" diameter.

there is no combination of 275 or 285 tires coming close to 26" in diameter.

The key to this is be consistent. The difference between front and rear is almost completely negligible, so whatever you do, just keep the tires close to the same diameter and you'll avoid a lot of weird suspension issues.

Since you said "new shoes" it sounds as though appearance is your primary concern. If performance is your concern, I'd look into replicating what SCCAForums did with his car - 285/30/18's on all four corners. Just find a wheel you like with the same offset as the PF01s he ran (+45) and you'll have dramatically improved performance because the F really likes to understeer with the OEM rubber.

Right now I have two sets of factory wheels... one with snow tires and one with RE-11s that are brand new that I pretty much got for free. Im thinking im going to use the RE-11s as track tires that I can drive to events on and want a POP set of rims... That i can put a tire on that will last more than 10k

Advan RS-D can definitely be running 275/245 but must be the right offset and also keep in mind the brand of tire makes a huge difference!

here's mine for comparo:

I'm running a 245/285 combo with the stock 8" and 9" wheels with no problems.

im not saying a 285 wont fit a 9" wheel, most 285's are designed to fit a 10" wheel for proper performance feedback..

I don't remember the specs, lemme go check for you next time I can dig out my invoice....

Yes these fit TPMS sensors but I do not have them in there right now, too lazy.

Default 285's all around?

Do you think the 285/30/18 on all corners would fit without mods on my 2011? Did the SCCA setup have different offsets front and rear?

At a min. I'd like to go to 285 rear and 245 front on the stock wheels. I want a bit of tire beyond the rim in case I get too close to a curb. I know that is not the performance best, but I try to keep my foot to the 80% level.
