Default Black Emblems for the F...WTF?

I am trying to get my hands on black emblems for the F. I went to 2 local dealers and they cannot get their hands on them (anymore). they offered to send new chrome ones off and get them painted the "pearl black," but total cost is $750!

I want some buy am looking to spend dare i say less?

Any recommendations??? Help!

eBay is another option. Found a Gold / Black pearl set for $520. Contact the seller - they might have what you need.

You can get a full set from Sewell Lexus Online for $366.75 with your Club Lexus discount when you resister online. They are black pearl color. Thats the best I could find!

The price for BP emblems are insane, but they do look great on any F- any Lexus for that matter. Some will say to use PlastiDip as an alternative, but personally I don't like the look of it for emblems, although it is much cheaper. Sewell does have some of the lowest prices I could find anywhere for them. Hope you find them soon!

I just bought a set last month from Sewell. Hard to imagine they are discontinued and out of stock that fast.

PlastiDip'd mine and I can't complain. Would I like BP, absolutely! Would I like $366 more, yup. Let me know if you want pics of mine. I have a black F like I assume you do. Otherwise there are probably plenty of other pics up.

A better alternative to PlastiDip is to just remove them, paint them yourself, and call it a day. It's really not that hard, i did mine (gloss black). Good luck in your decision to spend less.

Fwiw, I have the sewell's and they are a great match to the ISF wheel color. Even after two years of daily driving the front emblem only has a couple chips...barely noticable.

Are the rear emblems the only ones black pearl? The front still looks chrome... maybe its just the picture?

That may just be the way the light is reflecting off it in the sun. Here are a couple of more pics of the black chrome badging with black chrome grille surround. I took a couple in and out of light, depending on angle and light it will appear significantly darker and almost black.
