definitely looks like a new scion tc with a front end that does not flow with the rest of the car. I also hope they offer this car in a 6 speed MT... I miss driving a sports car with a clutch!

Lexus NEEDS to have a coupe IS in the market. The success of the A5 and C coupe (see them everywhere here) can't be ignored... shows that BMW is not the only luxury brand that can sell entry level coupes.

But it HAS to be done right. It has to be much better porportioned than the IS-C. It has to look like a natural coupe. It HAS to sell itself just by pictures in a magazine.

Audi can sell a crapload of A5's with VW 2.0 engines for the price of an IS350 because it's "beautiful". The car's shape sells itself. The C coupe is a retrofitted coupe shape done right. It just looks proper as a coupe, even though it's originally made as a straight sedan. That's why it sells.

The sedan market is maybe 50/50 "need it" vs "want it". The coupe market is more 20/80... it's much more emotionally driven. If they can execute this philosophy in the styling then look out...
