color help!! come on guys!
So the dealer that I'm working with here in Vegas is giving me a solid deal on a 2011. He has a black one and a white one, both with black interior. The only thing I wish the cars had was the intuitive parking assist. They both are the same exact specs with the same interiors, but I'm torn for colors. I love the classy and sharp black but I'm worried that (eventually) it will lose its gorgeous shine. I pick up the car of my choice on Tuesday, and will post pictures ASAP!
Also, should I decline the deal with the Lexus guy here in Vegas and pay a little more for the parking assist? Has anyone found the parking assist to be an option they couldn't live without?

Loved the park assist on my 535i but that car didn't have a back-up camera. I'm sure it will be helpful on the IS-F but not as important.
Color-wise, it's personal preference really. If you're that torn between the two, just go with white and call it a day

The park assist does come in handy, especially in tight spots and blind areas where the camera and sensor can really be of guidance. As for color, black will never lose its luster, as long as you maintain it. It can be time consuming, but I for one would choose black if I were to choose my F color all over again. But white is much easier to maintain and you won't see the swirls as much unless you're really into detailing and keeping up with the car's appearance.

Well the real question is are you lazy or are you willing to put effort into keeping your car clean? 
I have an obsidian IS-F and I get pissed sometimes about how I have to clean it so often especially after the rain. But it looks so good when its clean. The funny thing is when I went to purchase my IS-F they only had a black and white too. The white looked kinda girly stock, so if your going to mod then white will be good a choice too.
