Or the wire extensions are upsetting the expected values. If the codes are for the heaters, it could be the resistance is not within the specs the ECM anticipates because the extensions added a few milliohms of resistance. If the CEL is set on start up, it really sounds like it's failing a wire connectivity check.

Same argument though, the preheat circuit is based on a current sense and a response time. Interconnect with an extension is a great way to add resistance or if one of the contacts is improperly crimped, splayed open or pushed out of the harness. It can cause a failure.

Code causes.
•O2 Heater element resistance is high
•Internal short or open in the heater element

header looks good, I look forward to the results post fix.

Good News - New sensors did the trick I pick it up tomorrow More to follow. The harness extender PPE developed is not a new product. It is the same one they use on the IS2250 and IS350 Headers, and there are close to fifty sets of those on the road.

DONE My F is back home The Dyno results this morning showed the same as the previous Dyno (382 HP 368+ Torque) with smooth at 5, with no smoothing it was 385 HP. The driving experience is a bit more enhanced. I can feel a bit more power and replacing the double walled head pipes and the headers make for a bit more cabin noise, nothing uncomfortable, but just a bit louder, and to me, more pleasant. I really LIKE this. I'm attaching a couple more pictures of the cat install location.

Oh, someone asked about the A/F ratio. At about 5K it went from a pre header of 11.5 to a post header reading of 13.0. A little leaner, but certainly healthy.

You should do a video in-cabin so we can hear the sound, I'd love to hear it

The headers look great when should we expect the final specs and release? A video of the cabin and a drive by should be in order.

I expect the headers will be released within the next month. PPE will do a group buy up front to get them into the hands of you guys. More orders will mean a bigger discount. To say I am happy would be an understatement. I couldn't be more pleased

I took this video this morning from the back of the car:

Lou thanks for the update I am looking forward to the final product. I know the PPE headers are better quality than sikky's, how do they compare performance wise?
