I don't know why anyone would use this when we have an outstanding manual mode.
^ coming from a car with a 4 puck clutch, a light flywheel, and solid engine mounts....I LOVE having an automatic mode

Welcome, and yes we all feel the same way about our car. I still smile driving mine!
It's called S mode. It's a way to limit the highest gear. The gearbox still shifts automatically, it just won't go any higher than the gear you select.
Thanks, this clarifies a question I had. This mode made me think that once I hit a paddle while in D, it was then stuck in a manual mode and that I then HAD to keep using the paddles which I thought was weird. Thank you.
