Price. Everything else (well, except for the suspension) is subjective... some like the 2010 dash, seats, headlights better, and others prefer 2011.

sure is...dont really care for the headlights. do u think theyll have the new gen of isF by 2013?

That again is hard to say...maybe, maybe not. Take the new Jeep Grand Cheorokee for example. They aren't coming out with the new SRT-8 until next year and the new model is already out. So no one really knows that answer yet. I myself hope it comes out with the new 3rd gen. base model, but simply no one knows yet.

It's all speculation at this point, but if we look back, the next IS-F might come a year or two after the 3IS, so I doubt we'll see one in 2013.
