Default 2009 with low miles vs. 2010 with high miles???

At a dilemma right now... Before I lease this new Audi S4, I'm thinking about buying an IS-F. Found two, what would YOU decide? Both have the same optionsthe same price.

A. 2009 (Red/Alpine) IS-F with 5,300 miles.

B. 2010 (Black/Two-Tone Orange) IS-F with 24,300 miles.

Thanks!

the main difference between the two is the lsd. if you dont need the lsd go for the 09.

Do you like the Matador Red? I'd personally go with the 09 because of the low miles. Maybe the owner took very good care of it and really maintained the car well. That being said, cops notoriously go after red cars, especially here in LA. In the end, if you can live with red, then drive it off the lot and have some fun. Best of luck!

Hmm seems like that 2010 was driven much more than the 09.

When did the live traffic on the navigation start? And any serious maintenance coming up for either? Thanks btw!

2010 models adopted Gen 6 NAV with XM-Nav Traffic option. 30k maintenance is coming up for the newer car. Most likely the car is going to need a new set of tires and possibly brakes.

If you don't care for LSD and a red colored car, I would go with the 09.

25k miles and 30k miles will cost hundreds of $ for maintenance at a dealership.

Based on the mileage alone, I'd take the 09. The black/two-tone orange is a beautiful combo, but I'd rather have an odometer with 19k less miles on it.

If you get new brakes and tires as part of the deal for the 2010, I'd go for that one. 25K service (just an oil service) would need to be done too. The upcoming 30k service is just an oil and oil filter change. (A brake fluid change is in the manual, but that is contraversial and the differential oil isn't changed until 60k.)

I would go with the 2010 for the LSD, new navigation, new instrument cluster. Especially if it has new tires and brakes done. Don't be afraid of the 30K mile service. The parts can all be had a Sewell for $80 http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2010/2086.html Black over the two tone orange would be hot! 23,000 miles is nothing for these cars, and based on the time frame of ~1 year I'm sure it is all highway, the easiest kind of miles for a car.

What price range are we talking? Owner sale or dealer sale? How many miles a year are you planning to put on it?

It would help if we could see the price difference.
