100% of the time. Putting the car in sport mode is part of the start up sequence for me, lol. Also, I use a blitz throttle control (I keep it on Eco which is a little more aggresive than stock) - the start up sequence includes turning on the throttle controller too.

Yeah, sadly, we could use the newly designed Sport button on our MY.

In any event, Lexus has realized this, and in the 2011 models has moved the activation button up from behind the steering wheel, to the steering wheel on the right side under the telephone and display buttons, a very good move IMHO.

Because of this thread i used it last night... i forgot how crazy the throttle response is with it on and how much louder the joe Z intake and exhaust is... prolly 25% louder then normal... going through tunnels could not be more fun

^Only if there aren't cops around! I know of a few buddies who've decided to let loose just a tad bit with SPORT mode and their Joe Z exhaust, and there was a motorcycle cop who caught them. With great power comes great responsibility...lol

Honestly, rarely. Although, from the posts above, I might have to look into using it more often. Just ordered Joe Z parts and if they sound better with SPORT on, I have no choice!

All the time. I seem to be getting better gas mileage in sport mode! Not to mention now I don't have to fiddle to find the sport button when some little ricer tries to race me on the highway because it's already on!
