just installed a front lower tie bar on my f n was wondering if i need to re align my car..

if the bar bolted up with the car on the ground/wheel loaded with the weight of the vehicle then most likely not. If the car was in the air, yea, maybe, but I wouldn't worry about it.

well u kinda have to to it in the air cause u have to take off the stearing rack n the lower arms but there is no essentric bolt on them both so yeah...maybe it jsut felt different cause i only drove it on a loop after i installed it so i guess i never got a good feel yet..n i still never drove it yet...never took ne pics though maybe ill post up some when i do the rear since the car will be in the air again.
