The offsets of the front are with the intend to have full tire travel in a 265. The offset could go out another 20-25mm but then the steering lock would suffer. I am going to push it on the next round.

Wheels look great!
So your current setup is for the stock suspension that will not need any fender modification? Have you compressed the rear suspension (with maybe two large adults) to see if there is rubbing?

the rear has been driven with three people and a baby in the car...I also had a bag of mortar in the trunk (bathroom remodel).
the only time I get rubbing is from bottoming now...inner fender intersection. I will try to take pics when I dismount.
I would also say that only certain tires and offsets will work. Not all 305's are the same.
The suspension is pretty tucked with weight on it. This is with no weight. After driving around the past few days with just me, its a lot harder to get it to bottom out. I just need a udate to the spring rate given the extrs force I can now put into traction.
