$3k ??? Let me guess, semi custom 1911 ? They get quite addicting once you get spoiled with the smooth trigger. If you did not live in CA you could really go off the deep end & get into full auto's now that's expensive ! Sorry to veer off topic w hi mileage thread, 27500 currently on a 2009

Bought in May13 at 39k and am at 44k. Had the water pump replaced and plan on pushing Lexus to fix the blown sub. Via email, one of the dudes told me they wouldn't replace it unless it's "completely not functioning." Though I plan on winning this battle, would love to hear from others that had theirs replaced for being blown. Please chime in!
The car is a marvel. Such a high performance engine going the distance without major issues like rod bearings, gaskets, etc. Really an engineering marvel - I'm so proud to own one.

radiator failed thats it..goes in soon for fuel pressure sensor and water pump under warranty and fluid changes...Ran her hard yesterday..knock on wood still feels brand new..
