So I found out that there is a Car show/drag race event on June 12th at the Island Dragway in NJ. It would be sick if all of us F owners met up in NY and rolled down there together

Count me in would love to have F meet, calling all tristate F owners lets see if we can pull this off. This would be great opportunity to share info and meet each other. One of things that has been said about Lexus owner that we are not that into our car that we never meet up in person or track our cars like some other car types such as M3, Vette, Mustangs, etc we have chance prove people wrong.

Would anybody be interested in attending a weekend in Albany NY?
It's sponcered by Club ECM (East Coast Motorsports) This will be the ninth year.

Thursday (July 14) is arrival day
Thursday evening - Meet & greet.

Friday (July 15) is a car show (10am - 4pm) at Saratoga Auto Museum. A BMW club has a show going on there the same day so it should be interesting.
Friday evening is dinner at a local rib joint followed by a gathering on the hotel lawn. Bring beverages and a lawn chair.

Saturday (July 16) is a test and tune at Lebanon Valley Dragway. 7:30am leave the hotel - 9am racing begins
Saturday at 4pm the first annual Albany Pro Am Road Rally begins
Saturday evening - back on the lawn

Sunday - heading home

The only expense that they collect is around $30 for the car show. That includes entry to the Museum and lunch. Additional guests are $5. Everything else is pay as you go. If anyone is interested, I can provide a link with all the info and the group rate code for the hotel.

BTW - the guys from Philly and NY caravan up on Thursday.

Ironically, I'm going up to Niagara falls w/ family those exact days (July 14 & 15), so I won't be making it, but I'll probably be passing by on I-87

I wish I could go! Either way, us F owners have to meet up before then as well.
