Holes in Hood?

Holes in Hood?
Hi guys can anyone confirm for me the underside of the hood and the empty holes?
My vehicle's front clip was painted, so I do not know how it is supposed to look or if any trim or plugs are missing.
The leading edge of the hood - weather stripping maybe?
The line of holes below the latch - weather stripping maybe?
The two double walled holes - (should probably have plugs)
Just want to know if my representation is normal or did a body shop bastardize it? I assume its normal and they are there for welding the hood together.
