Nitrous Express Proton and SAFE Cell Install

Great work Mitch, looking good! Just be careful with putting the stock battery in the trunk. This type of battery is not meant to be in an enclosed environment, and does not have the proper vent tubing to vent the gasses outside the vehicle body. There is some info on this stuff available if you need it let me know.

Thanks! No I didn't take pics of process, but I can easily do a write up if needed. Its simple once you find all the mounting locations. The wiring is simple once the trouble shooting and testing was complete. There is a new module out that controls 100% throttle on and off rpm switch and a/f lean cut that I'm considering installing to take place of my 2 switches. Mine works great but the lean cut is awesome. I did a 0-130 pull last night turning on from 2600rpms off at 6000rpms. The Feeling was amazing, my girl was shocked at how smooth and fast the acceleration was.

20422-10-nx proton kit
15009 nx safe cell
msd digital rpm window switch
universal battery tray
battery tray 8"-10" post
universal battery tie down
17' of 0 gauge wire
audio junction box that has at least 2 4 gauge spots, one 0 gauge spot and 2 blank spots for relays
a bunch of random sized heat shrink tubing
1 arming switch
Once you get all these items and are ready for install Ill walk you through it. I just ordered a purge kit because Its only 1 wire additional to run in the car with a push style switch and it will allow for a much cleaner hit off the line. The nitrous is too gaseous and not in liquid state when not purged for the first initial solenoid opening. So next week I will update the thread with the ngk powerdex a/f Wideband install and the Purge install. Will be before the weekend most likely.

Bump for a couple new pics! NGK AFX Powerdex wideband is now installed along with Dyno tune purge kit. Purge comes out at the top of the L in the front Lexus emblem. No drilling required. The car is running excellent so far. Recorded A/f so far is in the low 11's when spraying. I know that's a very safe range for a nitrous set up to be in so I think its time to hit the dyno asap!
