Default What to do w OEM parts

Guys, Ordered my new coil-overs this week. What do you do w the old factory springs & shocks? Save, junk or sell? Thanks,

Me I would save, as when you change cars and if you decide to trade you can fit the OEM back on and sell the coil overs seperate.

i would keep it if ur not goin to keep the car. also depending on what coilovers u will need to rebuild them eventually so it would be good to keep the stock if you plan to drive ur car during the rebuilding process.

Keep them for when you need to rebuild and put them back on when its time to sell the car.

I agree with most so far. Coils will need rebuilding down the line, and the mods don't add value to the car when selling it back, so you might as well revert to the stock parts and possibly sell the aftermarket stuff should you plan on not keeping the car as long.

I keep em so I can reinstalll them before selling the car. But I cringe at the thought of selling my F.

Keeping them is the safest idea which gives you the most options down the road. Its all about planning for the future.....easy decision.

Keeping is a must...

When I traded in my IS350 for the IS-F, they needed back a 100% stock oem car. (well almost )
