Hey guys,

Just thought i would say hi seeing as i have a question for the members of this forum. It's unfortunate that my first post is of this nature but here I go. About a month ago I ordered a Joe Z intake pipe off Clark from VIP Autosalon. Bear in mind that I'm in Australia so that complicates things a little. Clark had sent this pipe off but USPS lost the item before it even got sent out. So no problem, he was going to send out another one when he could get more in stock (as my one was the last one apparently). Now more recently I haven't been able to get a reply from Clark by email and it's been 13 days since I last heard from him. I'm not here to complain or anything and I'm sure there is a reason why he has not replied to me but I was just wondering if anyone has had contact with him lately who could tell me what's going on.

I have been in contact with Clark in regards of purchasing a JoeZ exhaust and he told he was out of town hence his late response.

i been in contact with him on another subject but it looks like he is out of town cuz he normally responds instantly or a day after i email him. it took 3-7 days for him to respond so yea i think he is busy doin something. he'll eventually get back to you.

 

Clark's a stand up guy. The guy knows how to treat his customers well. Sooner rather than later he'll get back to you. BTW, which color did you decide on?

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't questioning his character but I just wanted to find some answers to my situation which i promptly received here It's all good now, I have received a reply back from Clark. I decided to get the intake pipe in black because i wanted to keep the engine bay stockish looking.
