Ah ok, I just figured it might be worth a try since you said it seemed to be coming from the middle of the car.

Nice writeup! I've worked on some cars in my day but reading the frustration in your story I would definitely get a shop to do mine.

Sounds great I love the whistle noise! Very distintive way to tell the IS-F has headers. When I had the JoeZ exhaust on my car I could hear that whistle noise too, but when I added the high flow cats it went away.

Riddle me this. DTC P2241 and P2255. These are error codes read through the OBDII port. They came up as Bank 2 Sensor 1 voltage issues. I think this is the front sensor? I have the PPE microprocessor in now... no codes came up for the rear sensors, just these 2 for "bank 2 sensor 1". This is the o2 sensor that I had to extend myself because it would not reach. Anything to do with that maybe? I used copper wire to solder onto the stainless wire in the sensor....

Solder a wiring harness? Hmmm. It would never pass FAA inspection...

More than likely your extension is the root cause of your issue. O2 sensor currents are in microamps, so even a small fault in the extension could cause major issues with the O2 sensor.
