Wow less than 4,000 miles on an 09? Someone didn't enjoy their IS-F enough

Strange neither of them are certified, especially with mileage that low.

Maybe they didn't feel they had to on the 09 since the miles are so low. Not sure why they didn't certify mine.

What entails certifying a car?

If it's still under factory warrantee, no purpose in certifying no?

Regular scheduled maintenance on the car at a Certified Lexus Dealership I believe. The vin # has to have a track record of regular routine maintenance.

No, this is not one of the criteria. The purpose of certification is to extend the warranty. It doesn't really matter what the mileage is, it can be certified if it has a clean Carfax/Autoreport. It's just an inspection to qualify for a longer term.

Smile Your turned in ISF question

I was thinking of buying your old car and just wanted to chat with you about it since I am very particular about my cars. Could you call me and chat with me for a second, I just had a couple of questions and since I would be flying out from CA I wanted to make sure of a few things.
Thanks and you can reach me at 949 648-8700. If I did get it rest assured I would take great care of her.
My name is Shayne

Most likely because you got into an accident with yours and now shows up in CarFax.

Maybe the 4k miles USB ISF didn't meet mileage requirements. I know BMWs have to have over 6k miles to be deemed CPO.
