What other Lexus interior best represents the ISF
Hey all,
I'm thinking about getting an ISF, but they are quite difficult to come across around here. Is there a model of Lexus I could go up to the dealership and sit in, that would give me a pretty good idea of the ISF interior and feel? Thinking I might do this in lieu of getting to sit in an actual ISF before I'd put money down on one from far away.

It's not the quality of the interior, it's the shape. I just want to make sure that there isn't anything that is funky that might hit my knee based on the way I sit. I'm not huge, but at 6' 1" and about 200-210 there are some cars that just don't mesh well on the inside hehe.
For instance, in my CTS-V, I can't drive and have the change/power pocket thing open (it's in front of the shifter) as the corner will dig into my knee because of how I sit.
I'm sure the quality and finish of the Lexus is on par with our BMW (if not better), so I'm not questioning that. I'd just hate to buy one, have it arrive, and find that something jabs me in the knee, or whatever.
Meant no disrespect to your interior quality .

What year CTS-V?
The only ergonomics I don't like is forward for upshft, backward for downshift

I'm not so much worried about the seats as I am the overall space and shape. Assuming the seats are at least moderately comfortable . The CTS-V is a 2004.

I'm 6'2" down to 220 from 240 (and still dropping) but I do not find the interior cramped at all. I will say on long drives (over 8 hours) my right knee has been known to ache a bit if I'm not on cruise control. I'll also say the F's seats are WAY nicer than any of the regular 2IS models if you like good side bolsters.

That's easy to fix. At least on the IS350. I haven't bothered with the F, I just use the paddles all the time.
