Thats why I said not counting the exotics in my first post because in my book, those don't count. As for the others, all of yours you listed are already on the list, except for the RS6 which doesn't exist for the 2011 model year in the US.
Please keep more coming guys so I can add them to the list. I want a full list so it's easy to see on one page.

Audi TT RS

Equipped with a dual-clutch automatic and standard launch control, we were able to harness the violence of a full-power takeoff and hit 60 from a standstill in a paltry 3.6 seconds
course it has launch control and could prolly only take so many of those launches.

And in the end it all comes down to the driver. These times are pulled off by some really good drivers. Let's just say the IS-F will be a worthy opponent to any of the cars listed even if you lose. I've heard that some drivers have pulled off a 4 second flat 0-60 time on a stock IS-F. But it is all up to the driver in any case. On another note I think the IS-F is a good combination of straight line speed along with good handling. Not many of the cars can say that. Take the C63 amg, it can rocket from 0-60 but it loses to an F around a track.

ACTUALLY the ariel atom initially used to use a supercharged chevy cobalt motor in the us (a limited selection of them used a K20A but the first batches with the honda/acura motor were NA as far as i recall) NOW they are designed with a K20A again but this time its supercharged. so depending on which generation you get some did and some did not have a SC or a honda motor.
there is a v8 powered that was due this year but i dunno if it ever launched

This is the latest table:

If you want to include cars not on the list (like the ISF), then you need to get the previous releases of this data sheet.

The purpose of the list is to be able to know which cars will beat the ISF if they pull up next to you on the road and want to show off. I don't do this, but it would be nice to know if I can just laugh at them or show them really what a fast car is like
