Ramblings on my F
Its been a good journey so far. Got my ISF in March. First thing I did was a full window tint. Drove it for a good month just to get used to the car. The power is unbelievable. Wasn't happy w the handling or the ride so I put on a set of KW coilovers. The ride and handling was improved tremendously. The car was lowered approximately 2 inches. Improved the looks as well. Problem was that I was constantly scraping driveways. After I got used to the car and all of the advise from the CL forums I ordered a Joe Z exhaust. OMG felt the power gains, mid range & high range torque immediately. Raised the car up an inch by adjusting the coil overs. No more scraping. Car still looks good and handling is still great. Was in Laguna Beach, CA. last Saturday night. Heard the rumble of a Ferrari F430 convertible V8 and a Lamborgini V10 convertable directly behind. You heard the deep roaring sounds of the two cars before you saw them. The sound of the tuned exhaust on the F sounds very similar. The F is a car that doesn't get a lot of attention. With the new exhaust the car rumbles at red lights and other drivers notice the F immediately. One doesn't see that many F's. But when you see another one it's cool and one waves at one another. I like the sleeper element plus the exclusivity of the F. Modding is addictive. Don't know what to do next. But it has to be a quiet. Regards, Shot

Are you guys in the bay area? I wanted to hear the JoeZ and possibly sit in one car that has the JoeZ to hear the drone. The reason is that on my Subie when I changed the downpipe and exhaust my family started to complain about the drone. now that i have a 2011 wanted to first feel for the drone before I spend the money.
Thanks
