Seriously the SCCA training helps a lot. When i got my STI in 2004 I joined the SCCA and used to race SCCA in my STI. but before that I had few training courses on the track and it definitely helps. I got to know my limits though. Each car has it own limits but one must know their own so how much can they push.

After I got the ISF I am still not comfortable switching off the traction cause I am not sure how the car will behave. i need to find a open parking lot and try few things.

so do take the training it helps a lot.

FYI guys, I have MICH 225 / 40R19 Pilot Sports. The car is quite different from my 63 AMG, so it's taking a little longer to learn than expected.

Every single response in this thread has referred to the same two answers. Apparently you are not reading them, as everyone is trying to help you.

Check your tires.
Learn how to drive a car with this much power.

Going to a performance driving school usually allows you to drive your own car, the point being....... it allows you to safely understand the limits of your vehicle using accelator control, collision avoidance, proper braking etc.

No....... Lexus does not usually offer a driving course for vehicle owners so get on the internet in your area, search for a driving school, pay the money and spend a 1 day learning how to drive this car.

.....and check your tire tread.

Chow for now
Thanks for answering my questions the second time around genius, how do you cook your Canadian bacon?
