Even if you jumped it and it's fine now, make sure that the battery cables have a tight connection. Sometimes a loose battery cable will do this, even if there's enough juice in the battery.

This thing maybe can help, it happen also to my Is350 twice and i called lexus service advisor about it. She told me that we have to push the engine start button quickly not like you are starting a honda S2000 that you have to push it longer. Further more she told me that if we push the engine starter button longer,it sends other info to the engine, not to start it. Before i thought its a battery problem but that after that advice it never happen again.
