ISF Speed limiter.
Over here at the Middle-East, our ISFs top speed is at 280sh.. but somehow a few managed 312+.. I am not sure if thats even possible, but is there a way to bypass the speed limiter?

What is the RPM's at top speed? 7th or 8th gear?
I can only imagine that a top speed de-limiter is soon to come.
When I had a 2004 Sti, it took the tuner companies a few years to break the engine management.

Hopefully some kid is at home playing with one... and once he cracks it, he can sell the solution to everyone for some nice bank lol. (Or this post might inspire someone who wants to make a dollar)

Sorry guys, but I know people in the ECM cracking business. It's not going to happen for Toyota ever. Subarus are next now that Toyco has a majority interest in them.
Someone needs to spend a couple million and figure out a good aftermarket standalone with VVTi (that's the hardest part of doing a standalone) and direct + port injection. I discussed this over the weekend with someone I know well who spent more than 2 years trying to crack a Toyota ECM. He believes a standalone would actually be cheaper. If I won the lottery tonight, it will be my first new company...

I installed the HKS delimiter on my J-spec ISF. Removes the speed limit and I think it somehow alters the program a little, feels torquey at low to mid rev.
this unit is expensive tho. Cost almost US$2K but this is the only option to remove the limiter
