The stock ISF suspension is intentionally tuned for understeer, for safety. Moving from 17mm to 19mm makes the car a little more neutral in steering. They figure if you are looking to upgrade the bar, you have an idea of what the result will be. Stock from probably satisfies 90%+ of buyers (and Lexus lawyers).
